On behalf of London Hydro’s Electric meter department, my overall experience working with Green-Port has been very positive. Green-Port handled all of London Hydro’s scrap meters from our smart meter replacement program and they conducted themselves very professionally. The sea container pickups and drop offs were always on time and they tried hard to work around our schedule. A couple of things that I was most impressed with their overall customer services from all their employees I dealt with was way above average. They also provided detailed records of the material/meters that were scrapped — certificate of recycling, detailed scrap credits and an overall credit memo to sum it up.
